I have a newsletter which is sent every 3-4 weeks on a Wednesday called –

Wellness & Wanderings Wednesday!

I created this newsletter as I love receiving them from other bloggers and influencers that I follow. It’s nice to catch up on what they’ve been doing and get a snapshot of their recent posts.

So in mine, I give you a quick life update including what trips I’ve been on and I share some of my recent blog posts along with some links I have loved in the last few weeks, from Travel inspo to Health to Life to Sustainability.

I also pick a topic to do with Wellness, this could be about self-love, manifestation, gratitude, anything that I’m currently thinking about and I talk a bit about it.

I said in my very first newsletter that this could seem a bit ‘woo woo’ but I urge you to keep an open mind, and it may seem a bit random as I don’t talk about this on my blog a lot but actually, its something I have become very interested in and its a direction I wish to move forward in.
