Log House Holidays in the Cotswolds is literally heaven on earth. Following my visit in December I posted a blog post on how to make the most of your stay which you can view here, hint it includes lots of lake activities but above all lots of relaxing.
However the cabin and all of our surroundings were so photogenic and there is so much attention to detail that I took so many photos during my stay and I wanted a to be able share them somewhere, hence the purpose of this blog post!
I arrived at Log House Holidays late Friday evening in the dark so Saturday morning I was like a child on Christmas morning, too excited to sleep anymore because I couldn’t wait to see our surroundings in the day light and I couldn’t have been more amazed! It was an icy but sunny morning which made the lake look so beautiful and made the view from the hot tub mid morning even better!

And if thought waking up to that view and weather was amazing on Saturday you won’t believe my excitement when I woke up to a literal Winter Wonderland on Sunday morning! It was the first snow of Winter and incredibly unusual at this time of year which made it even more magical!
Winter doesn’t always seem like the best time of year to go away, especially in the UK but I hope these Wintery photos help convince you that a break at Log House Holidays in the Winter may be the best decision and trip you make all year!
