Just around the corner from West Hampstead Station, you’ll find Wired co and if you are into good coffee you will like that they serve Climpson & Sons coffee!
2. Intermission Coffee
Well located right next to West Hampstead overground station in a new section next to Marks and Spencer Food is Intermission. Their mission is to put people & planet first, with the aim to be at the forefront of sustainable coffee.
If this sounds like what you want to support and spend your money on (and who wouldn’t?!) then grab a coffee in West Hampstead here!
Intermission Coffee West Hampstead has a small inside area with some outside seating set away from the road which makes it one of the more pleasant cafes in West Hampstead to sit outside of.
3. Lola’s Bakery
Lola’s Bakery wanted to bring something different to the West Hampstead Cafe and West Hampstead Breakfast scene! They offer an all-day cafe menu made from healthy, organic and free-from food inside a 100-year-old building with stunning high ceilings and original features! They also have outdoor street seating.
4. Brew & Wild
Opposite West Hampstead Overground Station you’ll spot Brew & Wild, it’s only small but it does have a few seats available and is perfect for a take out coffee in West Hampstead.
This is another one of the cafes in West Hampstead that offers locally sourced products. They are an independent shop serving different types of coffee, juices and sweet treats including Vegan and Gluten-Free options!

5. Art 4 Fun Cafe
This is an extremely unique West Hampstead Cafe because whilst you have a drink and snack you can make art! This art cafe in West Hampstead is a creative workshop for all ages to paint ceramics, glass and T-shirts. You do not need to be an artist, you can just go in and have fun!
You select a piece, and the cafe provides unlimited use of brushes, paints and other creative tools to help you design your work of art.
They serve cold drinks and snacks and have a special 15% off discount at Lola’s Bakery next door so you can bring a coffee and cake in with you whilst you have fun!
For a healthy and tasty West Hampstead cafe you can head to Organico because they offer organic Mediterranean food, carefully sourced from farmers, growers and producers.
You can buy many products inside the cafe to take home and also eat them in store. You’ll find coffee, fresh juices and delicious snacks alongside inside and outside seating. This is one of the popular cafes in West Hampstead for locals!
7. Roni’s Bakery
For a bakery in West Hampstead with a twist you can head to Roni’s Bakery! They offer breakfast, brunch and lunch in West Hampstead with a European and Mediterranean twist.

8. The Wet Fish Cafe
Easily the most popular out of the restaurants in West Hampstead! At nighttime Wet Fish in West Hampstead is a Restaurant but during the day it is one of the many high rated cafes in West Hampstead, so popular that I do recommend booking in advance to get a seat!
It is set in one of London’s historic ‘wet fish‘ shops but these days inside you will find a modern and arty interior serving modern comfort food with an all day menu until 5:00 pm.
HAM serves modern British food with high quality ingredients so it’s another one of the cafes in West Hampstead to visit if you want a healthy meal but a delicious one! They have a large brunch menu and lunch menu offering slightly unique dishes like Kimchi pancakes and Spelt pancakes.
10. Heads + Tails
Heads and Tails West Hampstead is a cocktail bar, not one of the cafes in West Hampstead however during the day the upstairs bar serves coffee and small snacks.
I love the modern decor inside with the bar-style seating and big open windows onto West End Lane Road. During the day you can certainly enjoy a coffee in West Hampstead here or work in here with your laptop.
